Het thema was: Organisatorische interventies om de psychosociale factoren van stress te bestrijden. Aan de deelnemer was gevraagd een \u2018statement-paper\u2019 te maken over de situatie terzake in hun thuisland.<\/p>\n<p>Vertegenwoordigd waren: Denemarken, Zweden, Duitsland, Polen, Frankrijk, Spanje, Itali\u00eb, Belgi\u00eb, Finland, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.<\/p>\n<p>Deze papers werden verzameld en een rapport werd opgesteld en geredigeerd. (zie hieronder)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gemeenschappelijk kader<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Stress\u2019 werd omschreven als: \u2018alle werkgerelateerde psychosociale factoren\u2019. Om de beschrijving van de situatie in hun thuisland te ondersteunen, werden vier mogelijke benaderingen van projecten op het gebied van stress onderscheiden, langs twee dimensies: A) focus op het verklaren van stress en stresseffecten en B) focus op interventies en maatregelen om stress te bestrijden. In een kwadrant leiden de twee dimensies tot vier benaderingen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>psychologische en sociologische benaderingen om stress te verklaren door functie- en organisatiekenmerken;<\/li>\n<li>psychologische benaderingen om stress te verklaren aan de hand van individuele gedragskenmerken;<\/li>\n<li>psychologische, sociologische en managementwetenschappelijke benaderingen om stress te bestrijden door werk en organisatorische interventies;<\/li>\n<li>psychologische benaderingen om stress te bestrijden door interventies op individueel niveau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gedeelde bevindingen<\/p>\n<p>Veel contextuele factoren waren verschillend. Maar er waren ook enkele interessante gedeelde bevindingen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>een wettelijk kader (1989 Europese Kaderrichtlijn),<\/li>\n<li>algemene modellen voor het diagnosticeren van stress (zoals die van Karasek),<\/li>\n<li>de observatie dat het geheel van organisatorische interventie-ervaringen vrij klein is in vergelijking met individuele interventie-ervaringen,<\/li>\n<li>Methodologische moeilijkheden om het effect van maatregelen te evalueren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Referentie<\/p>\n<p>Peter R.A.
