Het doel van dit artikel is om het begrip van Industrie 5.0 te ontwikkelen door een nieuw sociocentrisch conceptueel kader te bieden. Het breidt de heersende betekenis van Industrie 5.0 uit door integratie van de vaardigheden van het personeel, tekorten aan arbeidskrachten en eco-digitale verschuivingen. De studie onderzoekt de benodigde vaardigheden van het personeel en de implementatie ervan. Drie methoden werden gecombineerd om het conceptuele kader te ontwikkelen: (i) beoordeling van academische- en beleidsliteratuur; (ii) wetenschappelijke en expert discussies; (iii) raadpleging van professionals, bedrijven en netwerken over de relevantie van Industrie 5.0. Industrie 5.0 breidt de op technologie gerichte aanpak van Industrie 4.0 uit. Dit nieuwe paradigma benadrukt mensgerichtheid, duurzaamheid en veerkracht, en brengt maatschappelijke waarden in het organisatiebeheer. Onze bevindingen suggereren dat Industrie 5.0, hoewel stevig geworteld in het EU-beleid, op nationaal niveau en binnen relevante ecosystemen nog ge\u00efntegreerd moet worden. Dit artikel introduceert innovatieve perspectieven op het conceptualiseren en evalueren van vaardigheden van werknemers voor Industrie 5.0. Het verkleinen van vaardigheidskloven is cruciaal om bedrijven en werknemers in staat te stellen de eco-digitale verschuiving te benutten en duurzaamheid, veerkracht en gelijkheid in heel Europa te bevorderen.<\/p>\n<p>Een beperking om Industrie 5.0 te begrijpen is dat beleidsdiscussies plaatsvinden v\u00f3\u00f3r het verzamelen van empirische gegevens. Als gevolg hiervan moet men voorzichtig zijn met het trekken van definitieve conclusies. Hoewel eerder onderzoek de noodzaak van geschoolde werknemers in Industrie 5.0 onderstreept, schiet het tekort in het verhelderen van de evoluerende werkdynamiek in de transitie naar Industrie 5.0.
