Organisaties die &lsquo;agile&rsquo; genoemd worden zijn lenig en flexibel en hebben een groot aanpassingsvermogen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Het doel van dit artikel is te laten zien hoe je organisaties agile kunt maken. Dat dat steeds belangrijker wordt, laat de ondergang van bedrijven als Kodak, Mexx, V&amp;D, OAD en meer zien. Bedrijven moeten bij het bepalen van de strategie goed kijken naar: Volatiliteit, onzekerheid (Uncertainty), Complexiteit en Ambiguity, het VUGA-niveau.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Cases<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Goede voorbeelden zijn General Electric, Mc. Donalds, Boeing, Philips, Nuon, KPN, ING, Lego en Wehkamp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In het artikel worden er twee uitgelicht: General Electric en Mc. Donalds<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><em>General Electric<\/em> heeft in 2012 een kleine fabriek voor koelkasten en verwarmingselementen geopend naast het hoofdkantoor. Hier werken productiemedewerkers samen met ontwerpers, engineers, marketeers e.a. en verkorten het ontwikkelingsproces en de levertijden en verlagen de prijzen van de producten. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><em>Mc. Donalds<\/em> heeft haar beleid van lean naar agile verschoven. Dat betekent dat ze een korte en iteratieve procescyclus hebben geintroduceerd. Ze proberen iets uit op een locatie luisteren goed naar de reacties van medewerkers en klanten en scherpen aan. Werkt het concept, dan wordt het snel uitgerold naar meerdere vestigingen, als het niet werkt stoppen ze er meteen mee.
