Dat geldt ook als gecontroleerd wordt voor arbeidsproductiviteit en externe flexibilisering <\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span>van het jaar daarvoor.<\/span><span>&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Studie 2, onder 4271 bedrijven, toont dat interne flexibilisering positief samenhangt met product innovatie en arbeidsproductiviteit.<\/span><span>&nbsp; <\/span><span>De resultaten suggereren dat interne flexibilisering zowel voor arbeidsproductiviteit als voor innovatie-prestaties van bedrijven gunstig is. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Als innovatie en arbeidsproductiviteit als essentieel worden beschouwd voor overleven op lange termijn, dan zouden bedrijven en beleidsmensen moeten overwegen flexibiliseringsmaatregelen te nemen, zoals: job-roulering, <\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span>multi-tasking, flexibele roosters en maatwerk in arbeidsrelaties.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In feite zouden bedrijven &ndash; waar mogelijk natuurlijk &ndash; zelfs de voorkeur moeten geven aan interne flexibilisering boven externe, want onze resultaten &ndash; evenals andere studies &ndash; laten zien dat externe flexibilisering negatief gerelateerd kan zijn aan innovatieprestatie en productiviteit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Dit is misschien zo omdat verloop en tijdelijke contracten investeringen in human capital niet aanmoedigen en dat vermindert de productiviteit.
