De volgende criteria kwamen onder andere in het onderzoek naar voren: de bedrijfssector, de loonsontwikkelingen in de laatste 12 maanden, gevoel van waardering, toekomstverwachting en plannen, vertrouwen in het management en baanzekerheid, werkstructuur, opleidingsmogelijkheden, arbeidsomstandigheden, de invloed van bedrijfsprocessen op de productiviteit, de mate van zelfstandigheid en het gewenste gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaten <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In het rapport worden de onderstaande resultaten benoemd:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><span>&middot;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p>Organisaties die een hoge betrokkenheid van medewerkers kennen hebben 2.5 maal hogere omzetgroei ten opzichte van bedrijven die hier laag op scoren.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><span>&middot;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p>Organisaties die een hoge betrokkenheid van de medewerkers kennen en waar de randvoorwaarden om het werk uit te voeren voldoen laten een 4.5 maal zo hoge omzetgroei zien.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><span>&middot;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p>Werknemersbetrokkenheid leidt tot 54% minder verloop van werknemers.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><span>&middot;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p>Werknemers die zich betrokken voelen, presteren in 50% van de gevallen ook beter.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Conclusie\/aanbevelingen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Betrokken medewerkers is niet voldoende om het verloop binnen een organisatie terug te dringen en te zorgen voor betere prestaties van medewerkers en de organisatie. Hiervoor is het ook nodig dat aan de randvoorwaarden om het werk uit te voeren wordt voldaan.
