Met andere woorden: kan deze technologie er voor zorgen dat mensen samenwerken en gestuurd worden in de richting vna een bepaald doel, zonder een hi&euml;rarchische relatie, directeur of baas? Blockchains zijn ketens van autonoom werkende software op duizenden computers, zonder een echte eigenaar. In theorie zou dat dus kunnen aansluiten op vele autonoom werkende mensen.<\/span><\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Het is mogelijk via de software deelnemers te belonen en zo te sturen op gewenste input. Dat wordt ook al toegepast, bijvoorbeeld in &lsquo;steemit.com&rsquo;. Dat is een soort van crowdsourcing om artikelen te beoordelen, te corrigeren en te verbeteren. Een ander voorbeeld is &lsquo;numer.ai&rsquo; dat de markt van durfkapitaal beoogt te doorbreken. Hier gaat de crowdsourcing om financi&euml;le modellen, gepaard met een wedstrijd. Het beste model wordt beloond. Anders dan bij een platform als Uber hebben de deelnemers deel in de waarde die het netwerk genereert.
