HIIP verwijst naar maatregelen ter vernieuwing van management, organisatie en arbeid die permanente verbetering en brede participatie beogen. Concrete maatregelen die in de studie worden betrokken zijn: gedecentraliseerde besluitvorming, ondersteuning door de lijnmanager, ontwikkeling van competenties, interne en externe samenwerking.&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Een tweede onderzoeksvraag is welke kenmerken van het veranderingsproces gelijktijdige verbetering van productiviteit en QWL bepalen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>De data<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>De data komen uit het evaluerende onderzoek dat werd gedaan in het kader van het Finse Organisatieontwikkelingsprogramma TYKES (2004 &ndash; 2010). TYKES was een overheidsprogramma ter stimulering van gelijktijdige verbeteringen in productiviteit en QWL in arbeidsorganisaties door veranderingen in arbeid, management en organisatie. De informatie die is verkregen uit twee surveys, werd gecombineerd voor dit artikel, te weten: een survey met betrekking tot HIIP&rsquo;s en een self-assessment survey over de projectresultaten. Het totaal aantal respondenten is 253 van 163 arbeidsorganisaties.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span>Zowel medewerkers als managers vulden de vragenlijsten in en de antwoorden van die twee groepen werden vergeleken.&nbsp;<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Resultaten<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>De analyse laat zien dat door de overheid gesubsidieerde vernieuwingen in arbeidsorganisaties goede instrumenten opleveren om zowel de productiviteit te verhogen als de kwaliteit van de arbeid te verbeteren. De resultaten laten zien dat HIIP&rsquo;s, waaronder gedecentraliseerde besluitvorming, competentie ontwikkeling, interne en externe samenwerking er<\/span><span>&nbsp; <\/span><span>toe doen als het gaat om het bereiken van betere resultaten voor productiviteit &eacute;n QWL, zowel volgens managers als volgens medewerkers.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Bovendien wordt het belang onderstreept van actieve management en medewerkers&rsquo; participatie in het veranderingsproces alsmede van de aanwezigheid van mensen met goede project management vaardigheden.
