Aan dit akkoord was een intensief co-creatieproces vooraf gegaan.<\/span><strong><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Co-creatie<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>In het co-creatie traject zijn de arbeidsvoorwaardelijke thema&rsquo;s en eerste inhoudelijke richtingen bepaald waarover uiteindelijk door CAO partijen een akkoord zou moeten worden bereikt. Dit traject heette &ldquo; In Balans&rdquo; en heeft plaatsgevonden van mei 2015 tot en met de eindpresentatie op juli 2015. Hierbij waren de Bijenkorf medewerkers, vakbonden, de Bijenkorf als werkgever en OR-leden betrokken.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Innovatieve afspraken<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Er komt <em>&eacute;&eacute;n cao<\/em><\/span><span> voor alle loonschalen. <\/span><span>Naast loonsverhoging werden onder meer de volgende vernieuwende afspraken gemaakt. <\/span><span>Het <em>Jeugdloon wordt afgeschaft <\/em><\/span><span>in drie stappen tot 2017; van 23 jaar nu naar 20, naar 19 naar 18 jaar als vakvolwassen leeftijd. Er zijn ongeveer 280 jeugdigen waarvoor dit geldt. Alle medewerkers krijgen de beschikking over een <\/span><em><span>&rsquo;vitaliteitsbudget&rsquo;<\/span><\/em><span> waarvan de hoogte afhankelijk is van het aantal contracturen (max. 500 euro). Dit budget kan worden ingezet voor opleiding, loopbaanadvies, sportactiviteiten of<\/span><span>&nbsp; <\/span><span>leefstijl advies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>De <em>zondagtoeslag<\/em><\/span><span> wordt verlaagd van 100% naar 50%; de <\/span><em><span>nachttoeslag <\/span><\/em><span>verhoogd van 40% naar 100%. Op feestdagen is en blijft de toeslag 100%. Medewerkers krijgen meer <\/span><em><span>zeggenschap over de arbeidstijden<\/span><\/em><span>. Er zal meer inzicht en voorspelbaarheid worden geboden in de roosters. En er komt een proef in twee filialen met betere roosters; met name het 3 wekelijks roulerend rooster zal worden beproefd. Nieuwe medewerkers (vanaf 1 jan. 2016 in dienst) krijgen jaarlijks een <\/span><em><span>winstdelings percentage<\/span><\/em><span> van minimaal 2 en maximaal 6%. Medewerkers die op die datum al in dienst waren, kunnen kiezen voor winstdeling in plaats van een vast percentage (4%) kerstgratificatie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Per 2017 worden periodieken toegekend (voor medewerkers die nog niet aan het einde van hun schaal zijn) op basis van een <em>beoordeling van de prestaties<\/em><\/span><span> (Performance Management Systeem) voorheen betrof dat een jaarlijkse automatische verhoging. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>De Bijenkorf zal de <em>twee vakbonden<\/em><\/span><span> FNV Handel en CNV Dienstenbond de mogelijkheid geven om zich te <\/span><em><span>profileren<\/span><\/em><span> binnen de Bijenkorf om zodoende een groter draagvlak te cre&euml;ren onder de medewerkers van de Bijenkorf voor hun werk.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Referentie<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Zie de websites van de cao partijen.
