De traditionele domeinverdeling tussen het overleg van de bestuurder met de vakorganisaties enerzijds en met de ondernemingsraad anderzijds wordt losgelaten. Aan het eigenlijke overleg ging het sluiten van een &lsquo;Principe akkoord&rsquo; vooraf waarin &ndash; in grote lijnen &ndash; de afspraken voor de arbeidsvoorwaarden worden geformuleerd en &lsquo;gespreksrondes in het veld om knelpunten te inventariseren&rsquo; worden aangekondigd.&nbsp;<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Innovatieve afspraken in de cao<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Er wordt een &lsquo;<em>flexibiliseringsbudget<\/em>&rsquo; beschikbaar gesteld voor het samenstellen van een arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket naar eigen keuze. (dit budget was ook in de cao 2013 al afgesproken). Het bestaat uit een &ndash; in afspraken geconcretiseerde &ndash; geldwaarde voor een aantal uren. Hierin is de levensloopbijdrage en de 13e en 14e maand verdisconteerd.<br \/>De Gasunie zal een actief <em>Loopbaanbeleid<\/em> voeren door &lsquo;maatregelen met betrekking tot training, opleiding en dergelijke&hellip;&rsquo; te nemen en het beleid met de vakverenigingen te bespreken. <br \/>Omtrent het <em>aantrekken van inleenkrachten<\/em> wordt de ondernemingsraad periodiek ge&iuml;nformeerd en die&nbsp; kan zijn visie daarop kenbaar maken. In het normale contact met de vakverenigingen zal aandacht besteed worden aan de <em>werkgelegenheidsontwikkeling<\/em> bij de onderneming. En in geval van mogelijke sluiting van onderdelen of reorganisaties wordt daarover zo vroeg als mogelijk met de vakorganisaties gesproken.
