Er werken 120 mensen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In het Leden Magazine (nr. 9, maart, 2017) van Flandres Synergy (FS) staat een artikel over dit bedrijf: <em>&lsquo;De kracht van competentieontwikkeling&rsquo;<\/em><\/span><span>. Dat artikel wordt hieronder samengevat.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>De sociale innovatie<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Dit bedrijf is van Call Centrum ontwikkeld tot Contact Centrum, het biedt nu niet alleen telefonische marketing aan maar ook acties en marketing via andere digitale media. De organisatie is veranderd van procesgericht naar klantgericht werken. In deze verandering zijn de medewerkers meegenomen door veel aandacht te besteden aan competentie-ontwikkeling.&nbsp;<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Aanleiding<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Het bedrijf moet meegroeien met de digitale transformatie in de sector telemarketing.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Aanpak<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Sebeco heeft niet zoals collega&rsquo;s, naast de afdeling telefonische marketing een afdeling voor digitale media opgezet met andere mensen. Sebeco organiseert de dienstverlening daarentegen vanuit de klant. Dat betekent dat de medewerkers de diverse technieken (telefoon, e-mail, social media) moeten kunnen aanbieden en dus beheersen. In 2009 is de directrice begonnen het organisatiemodel daarop aan te passen en de medewerkers er van bewust te maken dat je met je interactiestijl kan aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Daarna is veel ge&iuml;nvesteerd in de ontwikkeling van digitale competenties van de mensen. Veel is daarbij op de werkplek aan training gedaan met kennis-spelen en dynamische coaching.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Resultaat<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Het resultaat is een succesvol bedrijf met 480 werkstations op diverse locaties.
