De daling vond plaats bij vrijwel alle personeelscategorie&euml;n en sectoren, maar het sterkst onder jongeren en werknemers met een flexibel arbeidscontract. De daling van de werknemersautonomie is een mogelijk risico voor de innovatiekracht in Nederland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Conclusie<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Arbeidsautonomie daalt vooral sterk onder werknemers met een flexibel contract.
