In het onderstaande wordt dit verhaal kort samengevat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bevindingen<br \/><\/strong>De belangrijkste bevinding van Sinteur is dat zelfsturing op basis van psychologisch empowerment niet duurzaam is. Nodig is structureel empowerment.<br \/>Het empirisch materiaal is vooral de ontwikkeling van zelfsturing bij het IT bedrijf Ensire in Amersfoort.<br \/>De grote lijn in de transitie is:<br \/>1. Organiseren of herontwerpen; dat wil zeggen dat de organisatieleden gezamenlijk de belangrijkste co&ouml;rdinatiemechanismen bepalen &eacute;n dat de machthebbers tot dan toe, die macht loslaten.<br \/>2. Bekwamen &ndash; organisatieleden moeten leren en ervaren dat zij ook andere rollen kunnen vervullen dan die die met het uitoefenen van hun vak te maken hebben, zoals reqruitment, financi&euml;n etc. En zij moeten de verantwoordelijkheid daarvoor nemen.<br \/>3.
