"},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p>2024 &#8211; Dit verkennende onderzoek plaatst de positie van de vakbeweging en de teruglopende ledenaantallen in het licht van de belangenbehartiging op het gebied van de beroepsinhoud.<\/p>\n<p>De centrale vraag<\/p>\n<p>De centrale vraag van dit paper luidt dan ook: &#8220;In hoeverre kunnen vakbonden en beroepsorganisaties op een duurzame manier de aansluiting met hun achterban verbeteren door zich meer te richten op belangenbehartiging op het gebied van beroepsinhoud?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Methode<\/p>\n<p>Om deze vraag te beantwoorden is er literatuuronderzoek verricht en is er een reeks diepte-interviews gehouden met deskundigen en stakeholders binnen de wereld van de vakbeweging en medezeggenschap.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enkele conclusies<\/p>\n<p>Op basis van de desk study en het kwalitatief onderzoek formuleert dit onderzoek 5 aanbevelingen die de vakbeweging kunnen helpen om krachtiger in te zetten op beroepsinhoud en op die manier ook in de toekomst relevant te blijven voor werkenden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Omarm de verschillende kleuren van de vakbeweging<\/li>\n<li>Zorg voor zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer<\/li>\n<li>Bouw coalities en campagnes<\/li>\n<li>Zorg voor innovatie en aanpassingsvermogen<\/li>\n<li>Zet in op educatie, bewustwording en transparantie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Referentie<\/p>\n<p>Corn\u00e9 van der Meulen; (2024) \u2018De vakbeweging in de 21<sup>e<\/sup> eeuw.
