Daarvoor ontwikkelden zij een aanpak om technologie in bedrijven meer precies te beoordelen, die gebaseerd is op drie hoofdargumenten. Ten eerste behandelen de huidige benaderingen van het onderwerp alle (nieuwe en opkomende) technologie\u00ebn als gelijkwaardig. <span data-language-for-alternatives=\"nl\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">Er is een meer specifieke benadering van technologie nodig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ten tweede, in plaats van te vertrekken vanuit het potentieel van digitale technologie\u00ebn, zou de focus moeten liggen op hoe technologie-investeringsbeslissingen van bedrijven feitelijk worden genomen. <span data-language-for-alternatives=\"nl\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">Bedrijven redeneren niet automatisch vanuit het beschikbare technologiepotentieel, maar bouwen veeleer voort op hun huidige technologie en kapitaalvoorraad en concurrentiepositie (het potentieel van technologie).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ten derde moet de organisatorische context in ogenschouw worden genomen. <span data-language-for-alternatives=\"nl\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">Het daadwerkelijke gebruik van vaardigheden in bedrijven hangt sterk samen met de organisatorische context.<\/span> <span data-language-for-alternatives=\"nl\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">Dit wordt ge\u00efdentificeerd als de dominante organisatorische context.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Op basis van deze drie hoofdargumenten wordt een nieuw kader voorgesteld voor onderzoek naar de impact van technologie op werk en vereiste vaardigheden.<\/p>\n<p><span data-language-for-alternatives=\"nl\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"4\">Vervolgens wordt dit kader toegepast op twee beroepen in de Nederlandse industrie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Referentie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dhondt, Steven; Frans van der Zee; Paul Preenen; Karolus Kraan; Peter R.A.
