De slagkracht van netwerken en de waarde van de weak ties, de vage kennissen die netwerken met elkaar verbinden en<br \/>zodoende het verspreiden van informatie bevorderen. Het loslaten van de<br \/>eerst-geld-gedachte en het afnemen van de noodzaak om dingen te bezitten.<\/p>\n<p>Easycratie is volgens de auteurs een nieuwe manier van werken, organiseren &eacute;n samenwerken die dwars door bestaande organisatiestructuren heen gaat. Samen met andere passionele professionals leer je volgens hen het verschil te maken, ongeacht je plaats in de ouderwetse hi&euml;rarchie. Je hoeft niet eerst CEO of manager te worden om het bedrijf of de afdeling te verbeteren. Je moet alleen even de juiste spelregels leren herkennen. Want van boven naar beneden werkt anders dan van beneden naar boven. Stel het doel centraal en niet de &lsquo;regeltjes om de regeltjes&rsquo;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Over de Auteurs<br \/><\/strong>Easycratie is geschreven door Martijn Aslander en Erwin Witteveen. Aslander is onder andere oprichter van het weblog Lifehacking.nl en houdt zich bezig met het verkennen van de netwerk- en informatiesamenleving en het bij elkaar&nbsp; brengen van mensen, informatie en idee&euml;n.
