Het gaat om interventies als: resilience training, mindfullness en well-being apps. Dergelijke maatregelen worden formeel aangeboden voor alle Britse werknemers. Hoewel het bestaande bewijsmateriaal over het algemeen positief is over deze interventies, neemt de discussie er over toe vanwege de bezorgdheid dat interventies op individueel niveau geen invloed hebben op de arbeidsomstandigheden. Dit artikel draagt bij aan dat debat.<\/p>\n<p>Hypotheses<\/p>\n<p>Hypothese 1: Interventies op individueel niveau op het gebied van geestelijk welzijn, zoals genoemd verbeteren de subjectieve welzijnsresultaten.<\/p>\n<p>Hypothese 2: Interventies verbeteren de subjectieve weergave van de werkomgeving.<\/p>\n<p>H3: De effecten van de interventies vari\u00ebren per sociale demografie en per organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Methode<\/p>\n<p>De hypotheses zijn getoetst met enqu\u00eategegevens: N= 46.336 Britse werknemers in 233 organisaties. Deelnemers aan resilience trainingen, mindfulness en welzijnsapps zijn vergeleken met niet-deelnemers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enkele resultaten<\/p>\n<p>De onderzoeker heeft weinig bewijs gevonden ter ondersteuning van de voordelen van deze interventies of verbetering van de vaardigheid om met hoge taakeisen om te gaan. Er is \u00e9\u00e9n maatregel die niet aansluit bij het JD-C model in het onderzoek betrokken, namelijk de mogelijkheid om vrijwilligerswerk te doen. Daarvan werden kleine positieve effecten gevonden.<\/p>\n<p>Enkele conclusies<\/p>\n<p>Een combinatie van benaderingen zou werknemers ten goede kunnen komen door, indien goed ge\u00efmplementeerd, de regelmogelijkheden te vergroten en tegelijkertijd de taakeisen te verkleinen.<\/p>\n<p>Vervolgonderzoek zou moeten uitwijzen of interventies op individueel niveau effectief zijn indien ze naast of in combinatie met organisatorische veranderingen worden ge\u00efmplementeerd.<\/p>\n<p>De auteur meent dat er voorlopig meer nadruk dient te worden gelegd op de grotere voordelen van organisatorische in plaats van individuele interventies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Referentie<\/p>\n<p>William J.
