A recent survey of 4,481 workers in the Belgian metal and textile industry however shows a rather different picture\u2026\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#Link2\">\u201cFostering workplace innovation\u201d in the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In 2020 the European Commission (EC) started a public consultation on the European Pillar of Social Rights, launched in 2017.
