<strong>De <em>Flexbarometer<\/em><\/strong> is na drie jaar vernieuwd. De digitale flextool van TNO, ABU en FNV Flex geeft een gebruiksvriendelijker en overzichtelijker beeld van het aantal werkenden in Nederland, verdeeld over de verschillende typen contracten, vast en flex, in tien sectoren. In het vervolg worden de cijfers per kwartaal bijgewerkt, zodat de Flexbarometer in de toekomst een actueel beeld van de arbeidsmarkt geeft.<\/p>\n<p>De <em>Flexbarometer<\/em> biedt een overzicht van het aantal werkenden, verdeeld over vaste en flexibele contracten in tien sectoren. De barometer brengt daarnaast de omvang van de diverse flexvormen in beeld, alsook de persoonskenmerken (geslacht, leeftijd, opleiding) per flexvorm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexibeler<\/strong><br \/>Ook geeft de<em> Flexbarometer<\/em> trends weer. Vanaf 2003 worden de cijfers van de vaste en flexibele arbeidsmarkt getoond. In de afgelopen twaalf jaar is de arbeidsmarkt een stuk flexibeler geworden. Het aantal flexibele contracten steeg in deze tijd met ruim 60%. De grootste stijger was de categorie mensen met een oproepcontract die meer dan verdubbelde. Het aantal uitzendkrachten steeg met 28%. Ook het aantal zzp&rsquo;ers groeide met 56% fors in de afgelopen twaalf jaar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Representatief<\/strong><br \/>De <em>Flexbarometer<\/em> is objectief en gebaseerd op representatieve bronnen van het CBS en TNO. In de barometer kan de gebruiker zelf selecteren over welke groepen flexwerkers, thema&rsquo;s of specifieke sectoren informatie gewenst is.
