<\/strong>Door sociale innovatie wordt de manier van werken in bedrijven verbeterd, waardoor de productiviteit omhoog gaat. Het is de bedoeling dat daarbij ook de kwaliteit van arbeid verbetert. Zo profiteren ook werknemers van sociale innovatie. Dat is de theorie. En ook de praktijk, zo constateren Chris D&rsquo;hav&eacute;, Willem de Lange en Peter Gelens na analyse van sociale innovatietrajecten in het midden- en kleinbedrijf.<\/p>\n<p>Zij evalueren projecten die in de periode 2009 &ndash; 2011 zijn uitgevoerd in het kader van de Subsidieregeling sociale innovatie Advies (SIA) van OP Zuid. De projecten zijn ingedeeld in drie categorie&euml;n: vernieuwingen in de organisatie van werkprocessen en flexibilisering, employability en talentontplooiing van medewerkers en participerende aansturing. De conclusie is dat een aantal dilemma&rsquo;s en vraagstukken voor werknemers in positieve zin worden opgelost in deze projecten.
