Toch kost de invoering tijd en moeite.<\/p>\n<p>In het artikel &lsquo;Het plezier van individueel roosteren&rsquo; worden twee succesvolle cases besproken. Bij onderhoudsbedrijf Nedtrain werd aanvankelijk de invoering van individueel roosteren niet al te enthousiast ontvangen. Het plan stuitte ondanks ontevredenheid over de oude manier van roosteren op weerstand van werknemers. Na verbeteringen aan onder andere het computersysteem werden de voordelen van zelfroosteren zowel voor werknemers als werkgevers zichtbaar: het ziekteverzuim daalde met 10 procent, betere benutting van de werktijd en meer aansluiting op de persoonlijke behoeften van de werknemers. Ook Holland Casino begon na overeenstemming met de bonden in 2008 met een pilot in drie vestigingen. Individueel roosteren bleek een effectieve manier om de inzet van het personeel beter te laten aansluiten op de bedrijfsdrukte in het casino. Het bedrijf kan de personeelscapaciteit beter laten meebewegen met de bezettingseisen en medewerkers kunnen hun werktijden beter afstemmen op hun priv&eacute;leven.
