Het betreft de beleving onder ruim 400.000 medewerkers. De gemiddelde respons binnen organisaties is 70,6%.<\/p>\n<p>Door deze inzichten te combineren met de best practices van organisaties die bij de Beste Werkgevers Awards genomineerd waren, ontstaat een mooi beeld van de verborgen potentie, binnen organisaties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhoud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In het eerste hoofdstuk worden de relatie tussen &lsquo;goed werkgeverschap&rsquo;, &lsquo;goed werknemerschap&rsquo; en &lsquo;organisatiesucces&rsquo; uiteengezet en deze begrippen verklaard.<\/p>\n<p>In de hoofdstukken twee en drie worden de resultaten op de gebieden &lsquo;bevlogenheid&rsquo; en &lsquo;betrokkenheid&rsquo; gepresenteerd. Deze begrippen worden als essenti&euml;le elementen van goed werknemerschap beschouwd. &lsquo;Bevlogenheid&rsquo; heeft betrekking op het werk zelf en &lsquo;betrokkenheid&rsquo; betreft de organisatie waar men werkt. De combinatie van de twee geeft de beste werkgevers. Maar slechts 34% van de werknemers scoort positief op beide aspecten. Hier kan dus nog veel verbeterd worden.<\/p>\n<p>In hoofdstuk vier wordt ingegaan op werkgeverschap en organisatiesucces. In dit hoofdstuk worden de 7 geheimen van goed werkgeverschap geschetst.
