Dit artikel bespreekt welke rol hoogbegaafden kunnen spelen bij innovatie en hoe organisaties deze groep optimaal kunnen inzetten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waarom is dit sociale innovatie?<br \/><\/strong>Herkenning door Human Resources Development (HRD) van hoogbegaafdheid en oog voor de daarbij behorende talenten en valkuilen kan bijdragen aan meer innovatie en gelukkigere hoogbegaafde medewerkers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doel van het onderzoek<br \/><\/strong>Een bijdrage leveren aan een goede afstemming tussen innovatieve organisaties en de inzet van de creatieve talenten van hoogbegaafden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aanpak<br \/><\/strong>Gezien er nog weinig is gepubliceerd over hoogbegaafden op het werk is voor dit artikel gebruik gemaakt van biografisch materiaal van hoogbegaafde medewerkers. Het materiaal is kwalitatief geanalyseerd vanuit het perspectief van innovatiekansen voor organisaties.<\/p>\n<p>Het artikel bespreekt onder meer de volgende punten:<br \/>-Gedrag en valkuilen van hoogbegaafden<br \/>-Het herkennen en opsporen van hoogbegaafden op het werk<br \/>-De bijdrage aan innovatie door hoogbegaafden<br \/>-Gunstige en ongunstige organisatiekenmerken en -klimaat voor hoogbegaafden<br \/>-De rol van HRD<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaten<br \/><\/strong>De huidige onzichtbaarheid van hoogbegaafden wordt verklaard op basis van verschillende niveaus: wat zijn (on-)gunstige werkplekken voor hoogbegaafden, welke leiderschapsstijl en organisatiecultuur is wenselijk, welke rol kan HRD spelen en welke leerdoelen worden aan de hoogbegaafde zelf gesteld?<br \/>Het ontwikkelen van een hoge-intelligentiebeleid kan leiden tot het herkennen van hoogbegaafdheid en het cre&euml;ren van een betere match tussen de hoogbegaafde en de werkplek.
