Dit onderzoek bespreekt in hoeverre innovatief werkgedrag versterkt kan worden door zowel HR-praktijken, de productieve opstelling van de medewerkers zelf en de kwaliteit van het sociale netwerk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doel en aanpak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dit onderzoek moet ertoe bijdragen dat de innovatiekracht van Nederlandse bedrijven toeneemt. In dit onderzoek is met name gekeken naar de bijdrage van HRM aan die innovatiekracht. De vraag die centraal staat is:<\/p>\n<p><em>Wat is de bijdrage van HR-praktijken aan het stimuleren van innovatief werkgedrag van werknemers?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Het onderzoek is onderverdeeld in vier determinanten:<\/p>\n<p>1.Motiverende HR-praktijken<\/p>\n<p>2.Speelruimte biedende HR-praktijken<\/p>\n<p>3.Sociaal netwerk<\/p>\n<p>4.Individu<\/p>\n<p>Het onderzoek aan de hand van een vragenlijst is gehouden onder 480 respondenten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uitdagend werk, transformationeel leiderschap en maatwerk hangen positief samen met innovatief werkgedrag, net als een bepaalde mate van uitdagend werk. Medewerkers die in sterke mate de leiderschapstijl van hun leidinggevende als transformationeel beoordelen, scoorden zichzelf hoger op innovatief zelfgedrag. In organisaties waarbij de nadruk ligt op regels en procedures wordt dit significant minder getoond. Op basis van dit onderzoek kan geconcludeerd worden dat motiverende HR-praktijken een grotere bijdrage leveren in ons model dan de speelruimte biedende HR-praktijken.<\/p>\n<p>Wat betreft sociaal netwerk heeft alleen externe samenwerking invloed op innovatief werkgedrag. Persoonlijke eigenschappen als zelfvertrouwen en een proactieve houding zijn ook positief gerelateerd.<\/p>\n<p>Innovatief werkgedrag van medewerkers vraagt om innovatie van HR-praktijken.
