Icares, wat staat voor &#8216;International Career and Education Services&#8217;, biedt een breed scala aan oplossingen die zowel onderwijsinstellingen als bedrijven helpen bij het optimaliseren van loopbaanontwikkeling. Momenteel heeft het bedrijf 7 mensen in loondienst en wordt er voor taken zoals programmeren en marketing gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van zzp\u2019ers.<\/p>\n<p>Sociale innovatie<\/p>\n<p>Icares is volgens de werknemers horizontaal georganiseerd en er is geen sprake van een hi\u00ebrarchie binnen het bedrijf. De lijnen naar collega\u2019s zijn kort en er heerst een informele en vertrouwelijke sfeer. De open ruimte, waar alle medewerkers zich bevinden, en de glazen deur naar het kantoor van de directeur benadrukken, en dragen bij, aan deze open cultuur.<\/p>\n<p>Structuur en werkwijze<\/p>\n<p>Icares heeft een horizontale organisatiestructuur waarin de directeur weliswaar formeel boven de andere werknemers staat, maar in de praktijk nauwelijks hi\u00ebrarchisch te werk gaat volgens de werknemers. Het bedrijf telt zeven vaste werknemers en maakt voor specifieke taken, zoals marketing, programmeren en vertalingen, gebruik van zzp&#8217;ers. Elke werknemer heeft zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheden, zoals personeelszaken, databeheer, of ICT, en er wordt veel zelfstandigheid verwacht. Flexibel werken, inclusief thuiswerken, en een sterke onderlinge samenwerking kenmerken de werkwijze. Daarnaast zet Icares AI in voor effici\u00ebntie, met toepassingen zoals vertalingen en het genereren van visuele content, wat tijd en kosten bespaart.<\/p>\n<p>Cultuur<\/p>\n<p>De cultuur binnen Icares wordt volgens de werknemers gekenmerkt door openheid, informele samenwerking en aandacht voor het persoonlijke welzijn van werknemers. Idee\u00ebn van medewerkers worden gestimuleerd en besproken in een veilige, collegiale sfeer. Formele vergaderingen zijn zeldzaam, omdat dagelijkse interactie in het open kantoor deze overbodig maakt.
