Deze concepten worden niet overgenomen bij ongeveer 90% van de Nederlandse industri\u00eble bedrijven. Dat betreft hoofdzakelijk midden- en kleine bedrijven (MKB). Dit is voornamelijk te wijten aan het ontbreken van het benodigde personeel, de capaciteiten en de expertise om Industrie 5.0 effectief te omarmen.<\/p>\n<p>In dit paper wordt ingegaan op de vereiste vaardigheden en hoe (MKB-)organisaties de ontwikkeling van die vaardigheden kunnen stimuleren en faciliteren en wat het MKB overigens kan doen om de uitdagingen van Industry 5.0 het hoofd te bieden.<\/p>\n<p>Inzichten uit de literatuur worden gecombineerd met de resultaten van het empirisch onderzoek dat door de auteurs wordt gedaan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enkele bevindingen<\/p>\n<p>In het algemeen geldt dat Industrie 5.0 een operationeel personeelsbestand vereist dat zich bewust is van de voortgang van nieuwe technologie, de praktische toepassingen ervan begrijpt, wil implementeren en zich eraan wil aanpassen. Deze voorwaarden vormen echter een uitdaging voor productiemedewerkers in het MKB, die niet regelmatig worden blootgesteld aan nieuwe technieken en zelden worden betrokken bij de beslissingen over en de implementatie van nieuwe technologie.<\/p>\n<p>Voorts concluderen de auteurs, naast andere punten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dat effectief taakontwerp essentieel is voor het benutten en ontwikkelen van de vaardigheden die nodig zijn voor Industrie 5.0. Het defini\u00ebren van duidelijke rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en taakverdeling is van cruciaal belang,<\/li>\n<li>dat er behoefte is aan goed gedefinieerde leer- en bijscholingsinitiatieven,<\/li>\n<li>dat Interorganisatorische Skills Learning Communities (ISLC) veel potentieel lijken te hebben; ISLC\u2019s zijn publiek-private partnerschappen die leren, werken en innoveren combineren in een hybride omgeving,<\/li>\n<li>dat productiemedewerkers bij beslissingen over de adoptie en het gebruik van nieuwe technologie\u00ebn betrokken moeten worden,<\/li>\n<li>dat &#8216;unieke menselijke&#8217; vaardigheden zoals veerkracht, kritisch denken en sociale vaardigheden ontwikkeld moeten worden evenals methodologische vaardigheden zoals probleemoplossing en analytisch denken,<\/li>\n<li>dat het milieubewustzijn en duurzaam gedrag in trainingsprogramma\u2019s dienen te worden geborgd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Referentie<\/p>\n<p>Innovating human capital in Industry 5.0.
