Individuele, team en organisatorische elementen worden in dat model ge\u00efntegreerd in een benadering die menselijke behoeften, functiekenmerken en organisatorische omstandigheden met elkaar verbindt.<\/p>\n<p>Al eerder hebben onderzoekers in Europa het socio-technische ontwerp denken gekoppeld aan organisatorische ontwerpprincipes voor productie-layouts en kwaliteitscriteria voor werk.
