WPI benadrukt dat niet alleen technologische factoren, maar ook sociale en psychologische factoren moeten worden meegewogen om zowel de prestaties van de organisatie als de kwaliteit van arbeid te verbeteren, en zo ook de duurzaamheid van de organisatie te waarborgen.<\/p>\n<p>Koreaanse bedrijven nemen die gedachte echter niet op grote schaal over; in plaats daarvan richten zij zich op \u00a0technologie-gedreven productie-innovatie. Daarenboven zijn de inspanningen van de Z. Koreaanse overheid beperkt gebleven tot het promoten van WPI consulting projecten. Daarom is het nodig deze theorie opnieuw onder de aandacht te brengen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ten eerste omvat het artikel het perspectief van organisatorisch ontwerp op structureel niveau de Modern Social Technology System Design Theory (MSTSD), Job Demand-Control (JD-C) Theory, Job Demand-Control-Support (JDCS) Theory en Job Demand Resource (JDR) Theory.<\/p>\n<p>Ten tweede richt het artikel zich op werknemersparticipatie en omvat theorie\u00ebn zoals de Employee-Driven Innovation (EDI) theorie, de theorie van de democratische dialoog, de arbeidsprocestheorie, de relationele aanpassing en de sociocratie.<\/p>\n<p>Ten derde behandelt het het strategische keuzeperspectief van het management: de resource-based theorie, de dynamische competentie, het high-performance worksystem, de kenniskapitaaltheorie, lean management, managementtechnologie, de high-reliability organization (HRD) en gedelegeerd leiderschap.
