De dienstverlening staat borg voor de verspreiding van bruikbare resultaten in fabrieken, kantoren en instellingen..<\/p>\n<p>Om de drie jaar peilt Stichting Innovatie &amp; Arbeid naar de toepassing van nieuwe bedrijfs- en organisatieconcepten. Dit TOA-onderzoek (Technologie\u2013Organisatie\u2013Arbeid) vertrekt van een brede kijk op innovatie: naast proces-, product- en dienstinnovatie staat organisatie-innovatie centraal. Ook de inzet van arbeid of het personeelsbeleid, als antwoord op deze innovatie of als bron ervan, komt aan bod.<\/p>\n<p>De TOA-screening gebeurt aan de hand van een telefonische enqu\u00eate bij een representatief staal van alle ondernemingen en organisaties in Vlaanderen. De pragmatische aanpak leidt tot een hoge respons en duidelijk interpreteerbare cijfers. Door de geplande driejaarlijkse edities (2004, 2007, 2010\u2026) is dit onderzoek een uniek instrument om de brede innovatieve en organisatorische verschuivingen in Vlaanderen in kaart te brengen. Het blijft vanzelfsprekend een helikopterbeeld; voor detailverschuivingen of meer nuances is een ander type onderzoek nodig.<\/p>\n<p>Deze brochure gaat in op de belangrijkste trends uit de periode 2004-2007 voor de ondernemingen<\/p>\n<p><em>met minder dan tien werknemers<\/em> uit de profitsector. Het gaat met andere woorden over micro-ondernemingen uit de primaire sector, industrie, diensten en bouw. De trends worden onderverdeeld in vier groepen: technologie, innovatie, organisatiestructuur en de inzet van arbeid.
