Volgens Arjo Klamer, hoogleraar Economie van Kunst en Cultuur aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, is de kwaliteit van arbeid het sleutelbegrip. Hans van der Steen van AWVN en Anja Jongbloed van FNV Bondgenoten reageren in dit artikel op Klamers betoog.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Achtergrond<br \/><\/strong>De arbeidsverhoudingen zullen de komende jaren sterk veranderen. Niet alleen vanwege de verwachte structurele krapte op de arbeidsmarkt, maar ook omdat de werknemer 2.0 andere behoeften heeft: autonomie, een goede balans tussen werk en priv&eacute;, flexibiliteit in werktijden en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Bovendien wordt van medewerkers verwacht dat ze steeds langer, vitaler, ondernemender en productiever werken. Om dat te bereiken, moeten werkgevers en werknemers samen investeren in kennis, gezondheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Die gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid leidt tot volwassen arbeidsrelaties. Voor de aan de Erasmus Universiteit verbonden hoogleraar Arjo Klamer is het sleutelbegrip voor de toekomst: kwaliteit van de arbeid.
