Dat realiseerde het bedrijf ook door gelijktijdig de organisatiestructuur en de arbeidsverhoudingen aan te passen zodat ook de werknemers de nieuwe digitale technologie gebruikten en accepteerden.<\/p>\n<p>Netflix heeft een platte organisatiestructuur die ruimte biedt aan de medewerkers. Het is ook een gedecentraliseerde structuur die snelle beslissingen op de vloer mogelijk maakt en top-down beslissingsstrategie\u00ebn voork\u00f3mt. Zo wordt een uitdagend werkklimaat voor de medewerkers gecre\u00eberd. Ze hanteren het 360-graden model voor onderlinge feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Aanleiding<\/p>\n<p>Het toepassen en adopteren van nieuwe technologie is een onvermijdelijk antwoord op de klantvraag die zich ontwikkelt door het gebruik van een computer, laptop of smartphone ook voor ontspanning.<\/p>\n<p>Aanpak<\/p>\n<p>Netflix heeft de \u2018blue ocean strategy\u2019 gebruikt om te vernieuwen. Dat wil zeggen dat ze een markt hebben geopend voor een nieuw product en business model.\u00a0Hoe de medewerkers daar in meegenomen zijn, wordt in het artikel niet uiteen gezet.<\/p>\n<p>Resultaat<\/p>\n<p>Netflix is een van de succesvolste internationale bedrijven.
