Dit hebben we onderzocht door middel van een enqu\u00eate onder 115 managers\/eigenaren van Nederlandse logistieke bedrijven, een sector waarin de gezondheid, veiligheid en welzijn van werknemers alsmede duurzaamheid onder druk staan. De relaties zijn onderzocht met behulp van een pad-analyse op basis van lineaire regressiemodellen. De resultaten laten zien dat adoptie van innovatie door medewerkers positief gerelateerd was aan ondersteunend leiderschap en de aanwezigheid van mindfulness bij de organisatie. De aanwezigheid van teamstem heeft een indirecte relatie met de adoptie van innovatie door medewerkers, omdat deze werd gemedieerd door mindfulness van de organisatie. Deze bevindingen suggereren dat organisaties teamstem en ondersteunend leiderschap moeten faciliteren, evenals organisatorische mindfulness om met succes de acceptatie van innovatie door werknemers te bereiken om innovatief en concurrerend te blijven.
