Het belang van de oudere werknemer op de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt zal de komende decennia toenemen als gevolg van bevolkingsvergrijzing en krimpende beroepsbevolking. TNO heeft &#8211; met subsidie van het Ministerie van SZW &#8211; een verdiepingsstudie uitgevoerd naar de arbeidsparticipatie van oudere werknemers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De gebruikte monitorbestanden zijn verzameld onder werknemers en werkgevers.
