Met ca. 2900 medewerkers worden er per jaar 40.000 trucks geassembleerd op bestelling.<\/p>\n<p>Smart Industry presenteert een interview met Kees Luttik, manager bij Scania in Zwolle. (Link naar het artikel hieronder)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De sociale innovatie<\/p>\n<p>Reeds einde jaren \u201980 van de vorige eeuw zette Scania vanuit Zweden een nieuwe koers in: een nieuwe werkwijze en leiderschapsstijl. Het concern liet zich leiden door Toyota\u2019s \u2018lean production\u2019. Alle productiestromen werden in de loop der jaren gericht op het produceren van waarde voor de klant en het management op continue verbetering. De aanleiding was ontevreden personeel en een groot verloop.<\/p>\n<p>In Zwolle werd het management bij de veranderingen ook ge\u00efnspireerd door de inzichten van Pierre van Amelsvoort over zelfsturende teams en autonome taakgroepen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Scania Production System (SPS)<\/p>\n<p>Alle productiestromen zijn gericht op het leveren wat de klant vraagt, op de manier waarop de klant dat vraagt en zonder verspilling. Er wordt gewerkt volgens de best bekende werkmethode van dat moment en iedereen is verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit die hij levert aan de volgende schakel in het proces. Technologie en digitalisering zijn middelen, geen doelen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cultuur<\/p>\n<p>Cultuur is essentieel. Een belangrijk aspect daarvan is de permanente ori\u00ebntatie van allen op verbetering van het proces. Leidinggevenden hebben in dit verband diverse belangrijke rollen: cultuurdrager, coach, trainer, teamlid en manager.<\/p>\n<p>Men spreekt van \u201cThe Scania Way\u201d, dat is een productiefilosofie gebaseerd op vijf kernwaarden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de klant staat voorop,<\/li>\n<li>respect voor de medewerker,<\/li>\n<li>teamspirit,<\/li>\n<li>verantwoordelijkheid,<\/li>\n<li>tegen gaan van verspilling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Teams<\/p>\n<p>De zelfstandigheid van medewerkers in de assemblagelijn is beperkt. Maar teams krijgen de ruimte om bepaalde aspecten van hun werkproces zelfstandig te organiseren. Voorbeelden zijn: \u2018waar stellen we onze gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen op\u2019, \u2018hoe controleren we de kwaliteit, hoe werken we nieuwe collega\u2019s in\u2019.
