Bij Industrie 4.0 gaat het om het combineren van goed werk, technologische innovatie en medezeggenschap leidend tot oplossingen die zowel technisch effici\u00ebnt als sociaal evenwichtig zijn.<br \/>\nOndanks mooie woorden en intenties, hebben externe flexibilisering en outsourcing geleid tot een verzwakte positie van de bonden en de verlaging van het aantal werknemers vallend onder een cao.<br \/>\nDrie bonden uit industri\u00eble sectoren hebben geconcludeerd dat een nieuwe vakbondsstrategie ontwikkeld moet worden voor actief vakbondswerk in bedrijven en dat OR-leden getraind moeten worden voor het spelen van hun rol in het proces van digitalisering in hun bedrijven.<br \/>\nMet het project Arbeit-2020 beogen de drie bonden (IG Metall, IG Bergbau, Energie und Chemie en IG Nahrung-Genuss, Gastst\u00e4tten) deze strategie te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n","offset":"0","items":false}]},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p><strong>Opzet artikel<\/strong><br \/>\nNa de introductie, wordt in paragraaf 2 de rol van medezeggenschap in de Duitse arbeidsverhoudingen uiteen gezet. De bonden speelden een veel grotere rol in het participeren in het digitaliseringsproces in bedrijven dan vroeger.<br \/>\n2. De beschikbaar gestelde publieke gelden maakte de inzet van consultants mogelijk. Deze schetsten de situatie van Industrie 4.0 duidelijk en begrijpelijk voor alle betrokkenen.<br \/>\n3. De intensieve betrokkenheid van medewerkers in het proces biedt nieuwe perspectieven voor de bonden en ondernemingsraden, ook buiten het digitaliseringsproces.<br \/>\n4. In workshops en conferenties is de kennis over de afzonderlijke bedrijven ontwikkeld en gedeeld.<br \/>\n5.
