Mede door de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt en demografische ontwikkelingen is het boeien en binden en optimaal inzetten van menselijke talenten meer dan ooit een cruciaal thema.<\/p>\n<p>De eerste studies naar de opbrengst van sociale innovatie voor ondernemingen zijn positief betogen Kees Blokland (directeur P&amp;O bij de NS) en Dick van Raalte (organisatieadviseur bij de Galan Groep) in hun artikel <em>Sociale innovatie: Investeren in de menskant van organisaties loont,<\/em> in het Tijdschrift voor HRM. De auteurs gaan in het artikel in op de betekenis van sociale innovatie, dat nu veelal als containerbegrip wordt gebruikt voor allerlei vernieuwingen in de wijze van organiseren van samenwerkingsverbanden op de werkplek.
