De test onderzoekt de thema&rsquo;s en vraagstukken die bij het werken van belang zijn zoals autonomie, roulatie, communicatie, samenwerking en verandergezindheid. De mate waarin deze aspecten van zelfsturende teams ontwikkeld zijn, bepaalt de fase waarin een team zich bevindt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aanpak<br \/><\/strong>De Team-O-Meter geeft inzicht in het stadium van ontwikkeling van het zelfsturende team. Hierbij testen alle teamleden het team. Deze test is gebaseerd op het ontwikkelingsmodel voor zelfsturende teams van Amelsvoort en Scholtes (zie bijlage).<\/p>\n<p>Een zelfsturend team wordt &#8220;gescoord&#8221; op 8 thema&#8217;s:<br \/>1.Communicatie (Horizontale communicatie, Teamoverleg, Openheid in het team, Communicatie met andere teams) <br \/>2.Teamwork (Samenwerking in het eigen team, Samenwerking met andere teams, Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, Respect en waardering, Groepscohesie\/ teambuilding) <br \/>3.Resultaatgericht werken (Formuleren van de doelstellingen, Communiceren over de doelstellingen, Operationaliseren van de doelstellingen) <br \/>4.Opleiden en ontwikkelen van teamlid (Kennis\/ vaardigheden, Open leerhouding, Teamleren) 5.Taakautonomie <br \/>6.Werkprocessen inzicht in het procesverloop, Het verbeteren van werkprocessen <br \/>7.Voortdurend verbeteren (Veranderingsbereidheid, Actieve instelling) <br \/>8.Feedback over &#8216;zelfsturing&#8217; (Communicatie, Werkbelasting)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaten<br \/><\/strong>De scores geven inzicht in de ontwikkelingsfase van het zelfsturende team per thema. Na uitvoering van de tests kun je een uitspraak doen over de ontwikkelingsfase van een team.
