Die vraagstelling past bij ons onderwerp Sociale innovatie. In het onderstaande wordt dit artikel kort samengevat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Te verwachten verandering in vereiste competenties<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Nieuwe geavanceerde technologie&euml;n zoals het Internet of things (IoT), robotisering, nanotechnologie en 3D-printertechnieken doen hun intrede in de industrie. De verwachting is dat technische beroepen daardoor aanzienlijk gaan veranderen en dat vraagt ook om andere competenties (kennis, vaardigheden en gedrag). Er ligt een belangrijke taak voor bedrijven, sociale partners, onderwijsinstellingen en werknemers om die veranderingen goed in kaart te brengen zodat opleidings- en ontwikkelingsinspanningen van huidig en toekomstig technisch personeel kunnen worden gericht op de taken van de (nabije) toekomst. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In de wetenschappelijke literatuur is er nog weinig aandacht voor veranderingen in de arbeidsinhoud en bijbehorende competentiebehoefte als gevolg van technologische ontwikkelingen, zo blijkt uit een verkenning van de auteurs. Daarom worden in dit artikel ook de resultaten besproken van grijze literatuur en worden de inzichten uit acht praktijkvoorbeelden gepresenteerd.
