Er is echter weinig onderzoek gedaan naar mogelijkheden die efficiency en effectiviteit in de zorg kunnen verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>In 2007 is het NCPP een project gestart om inzicht te krijgen in de effecten van samenwerking en HRM binnen de zorg. Het doel van dit project is om zowel de politiek als de medewerkers in de zorgsector te informeren over de voordelen van samenwerking en HRM voor zowel de pati&euml;nt, de staf als de gehele organisatie.
