Dat heeft ook gevolgen voor de cao. Dit artikel schetst de contouren van die cao 2.0. Daarin zullen cao-partijen veel meer met elkaar samenwerken dan nu het geval is.<\/p>\n<p>De werknemer 2.0, ook wel Generatie Einstein of <em>screenagers<\/em> genoemd, is in opmars. Die werknemer is zelfverzekerd, mondig en trots op zijn vak. Hij verwacht meer van arbeidsvoorwaarden dan een goed loon, vergoedingen en toeslagen. Scholing en opleiding, ontplooiingsmogelijkheden en zeggenschap over werk- en rusttijden zijn zeker zo belangrijk. En nodig om het werk met quality-time &ndash; en dat gaat verder dan priv&eacute;-verplichtingen &ndash; te combineren.<\/p>\n<p>De werknemer 2.0 vraagt om een cao 2.0. Deze cao verschilt van zijn voorganger doordat deze ruimte geeft om de individuele arbeidsovereenkomst vorm te geven en in te vullen op de wijze die de individuele werknemer verkiest &eacute;n stimuleert om van die ruimte daadwerkelijk gebruik te maken.<\/p>\n<p>Het artikel <em>Van onderhandelen naar samenwerken <\/em>(2009) van H.
