Dat artikel wordt hieronder samengevat.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>De sociale innovatie<br \/><\/span><\/strong><span>Per 1 februari 2016 is het bedrijf georganiseerd in zelfsturende klantteams en ondersteunende teams. Er is daarnaast een strategie-team waarin de teams uit Nederland en Belgi&euml; zijn vertegenwoordigd en ook de directie zitting heeft. In de &lsquo;organisatiehandleiding&rsquo; is uitgewerkt hoe de verdeling van de macht tussen klantteams, ondersteunende teams, strategieteams, directie en aandeelhouders is. Functies worden omgezet in rollen en de medewerkers zijn bezig met het maken van rolomschrijvingen.<br \/><\/span><span>Met de &lsquo;pleziermeter&rsquo; wordt online en bijna permanent de stemming in het bedrijf gemeten. De resultaten worden met allen in het bedrijf gedeeld. Het strategieteam en steeds meer ook de klantteams bespreken de verbeterpunten en pakken ze aan.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Aanpak<br \/><\/span><\/strong><span>Een nieuwe directeur van de Benelux organisatie heeft een &lsquo;nieuw-organiseren denkwijze&rsquo;. Hij liet alle medewerkers interviewen over tevredenheid en knelpunten. Daaruit kwam een kernteam naar voren dat de opdracht kreeg in twee tot drie maanden met een nieuw organisatiemodel te komen. Dat hebben ze gedaan en na goedkeuring van de aandeelhouders en de rest van de organisatie is dat model ingevoerd.<br \/><\/span><span>Het proces van vinden van en wennen aan de nieuwe rollen is nog bezig.
