In workshops werd&nbsp;gediscussieerd, getekend en &#8216;gedate&rsquo; rondom de thema&rsquo;s:&nbsp;<\/span><span>Arbeidsmobiliteit,&nbsp;Arbeidsverhoudingen en&nbsp;Medezeggenschap &amp;&nbsp;Werktijden.?<strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><span>Het resultaat is een praktische whitepaper met&nbsp;vier toekomstscenario&#8217;s en advies voor OR, vakbond en management. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>4 Scenario&rsquo;s<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Scenario 1: Arbeidsmobiliteit; &lsquo;Duizendpoot gevraagd en ondernemerschap om het werk te zien en te maken&rsquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Scenario 2: Werktijden; &lsquo;In 2023 bepaalt niemand zijn eigen werktijden, want medewerkers zijn helemaal niet te vertrouwen&rsquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Scenario 3; Arbeidsvoorwaarden; &lsquo;In 2023 werken we op basis van passie &amp; vrijheid&rsquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Scenario 4; Medezeggenschap; &lsquo;Als je de medezeggenschap niet mederniseert, bestaat je bedrijf niet meer in 2023&rsquo;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Het white paper nodigt uit om na te denken over de toekomst van arbeid en meer te lezen van wat er over dat onderwerp de laatste tijd geschreven is.
