De informatie is bedoeld voor beleidsmakers bij de overheid, bij werkgevers-, werknemers-, sectororganisaties en afzonderlijke bedrijven, voor de wetenschap en voor HRM- en Arboprofessionals. De WEA geeft niet alleen een algemeen beeld van de Nederlandse situatie, maar stelt sectoren en bedrijven ook in staat zich met elkaar te vergelijken. De WEA wordt mede gefinancierd door het Ministerie van SZW.<strong> <\/strong>De tweede meting van de Werkgevers Enqu&ecirc;te Arbeid (WEA) 2010 is door TNO afgerond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onderzoeksresultaten<br \/><\/strong>Hierbij een greep uit de resultaten van het onderzoek:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Werkdruk is het meest genoemde arbeidsrisico (komt volgens 44% van de werkgevers voor)<\/li>\n<li>&lsquo;Het nieuwe werken&rsquo; wordt door ruim 1\/3 van de organisaties toegepast, vooral bij de overheid (57%)<\/li>\n<li>E&eacute;n op 3 werkgevers treft maatregelen voor langer doorwerken<\/li>\n<li>Het &lsquo;verouderen&rsquo;
