Gezien de maatschappelijke en economische ontwikkelingen is deze verschuiving onvermijdelijk. Het is de opmaat tot wederkerig perspectiefmanagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waarom is dit sociale innovatie? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Werknemers willen steeds meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid dragen. Daarnaast staan ondernemingen onder druk om producten en diensten aan te passen aan snel veranderende omstandigheden. Om in business te blijven, doen zij een groot beroep op werknemers om nieuwe vaardigheden te verwerven en in de veranderingen mee te gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Deze beleidsstrategie noemt men <em>flexicurity: <\/em>aandacht voor zowel de flexibiliteit van ondernemingen als de werkzekerheid van werknemers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aanpak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deze ontwikkelingen hebben alleen kans van slagen als daaruit blijkt dat werkgevers en werknemers onderling op elkaar zijn aangewezen, bij elkaar betrokken zijn en zoveel mogelijk oog hebben voor wederzijdse belangen. Op deze manier kan er een zakelijk evenwicht tussen beide partijen ontstaan: wederkerig perspectiefmanagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaten <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De verschuiving naar meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid moet in de toekomst nog meer gestalte krijgen. Om te kunnen slagen is een gezamenlijk perspectief van groot belang. Wederkerig perspectiefmanagement benadrukt namelijk de gezamenlijke belangen die werkgevers en werknemers hebben.
