Want de arbeidsomstandigheden en de inhoud van het werk laten nog steeds veel te wensen over en worden door automatisering en digitalisering vaak eerder verder uitgehold en ge\u00efntensiveerd dan uitdagender gemaakt.<\/p>\n<p>Manshanden gaat in op hoe welzijn in de Arbowet als doel is verwoord (artikel 3), maar dat dit artikel nooit goed is toegepast, sinds het in 1989 van kracht werd.<\/p>\n<p>Destijds werd ter ondersteuning van de toepassing van artikel 3 het WEBA (Welzijn bij Arbeid) instrument ontwikkeld.
