Bij het tweede, kleinere bedrijf werden multidisciplinaire bouwteams ingevoerd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Van de twee cases zijn uitgebreide beschrijvingen in de bijlage opgenomen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Aanbevelingen aan FNV Bouw<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Aanbevelingen zijn onder andere:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>FNV maak een nieuw verhaal waarin naar voren komt dat invoering van nieuwe technieken gepaard kan gaan met interessant werk, goede en zekere arbeidsvoorwaarden, mogelijkheden om te leren en autonomie en vakmanschap.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Daarvoor is nodig dat de bond op bedrijfsniveau betrokken is via haar leden en via haar, goed geschoolde leden in de medezeggenschap.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Binnen de FNV kan Bouw coalities sluiten binnen de bouwkolom en zo bijdragen aan de integratie van onderdelen in de bouwkolom.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Referentie<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Wim Eshuis en Peter van der Valk. 2018 <\/span><em>Werknemersbelangenin de bouw. <\/em>Een onderzoek naar de ervaringen en gewenste veranderingen.
