Innovatieve processen worden dan ook gestimuleerd, waardoor prestaties en diensten verbeteren en er meer aandacht is voor het wensen van het individu en het milieu. De relatie tussen een hoge kwaliteit van werken, het behalen van het innovatieve potentieel en het cre&euml;ren van kansen voor werknemers zal helemaal een vlucht nemen wanneer hier nog meer aandacht aan wordt gegeven door organisaties en de politiek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doel <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dit <em>Joint Guiding Paper<\/em> wil integratie verbeteren door de resultaten en geplande activiteiten rondom de ontwikkeling van een Europees model voor innovatie ter discussie te stellen. Deze integratie is onderdeel van de agenda van WORK-IN-NET. De leden van deze organisatie hebben de koers bepaald voor innovatie. Hier is tevens meer informatie over WORK-IN-NET te vinden.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>OVER WORK-IN-NET<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>De WORK-IN-NET Coordination Action (CA) heeft als doel het verzamelen, analyseren en verspreiden van informatie over nationale activiteiten op het gebied van innovatie. Door de kwaliteit van werk te verbeteren en meer in te spelen op de creativiteit van de medewerkers kan Europa meekomen met de eisen die gesteld worden aan de hedendaagse economie. De informatie wordt gedeeld met andere lidstaten van de Europese Unie waar sociale innovatie nog te weinig op de agenda staat.
