of sociale innovatie zoals we in Nederland zouden zeggen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finse programma&rsquo;s<\/strong><br \/>Finland heeft een traditie van tientallen jaren van programma&rsquo;s voor &lsquo;workplace development&rsquo; of &lsquo;workplace innovation&rsquo;. Deze grotendeels door de overheid gefinancierde programma&rsquo;s worden geco&ouml;rdineerd door TEKES, het Finse &lsquo;Funding Agency for Innovation&rsquo;.<br \/>Die co&ouml;rdinatie is sinds 1996 in handen van de Chief Advisor van TEKES, dr. Tuomo Alasoini. In de loop van de jaren schreef hij veel artikelen over de programma&rsquo;s. Van die artikelen zijn er 6 samengebracht in zijn tweede dissertatie en daaraan is toegevoegd een wetenschappelijke evaluatie en reflectie van 145 pagina&rsquo;s.&nbsp; Dat proefschrift verdedigde hij op 11 maart 2016 met succes aan de universiteit van Aalto.<br \/>Het meest recente Finse programma is Liideri &ndash; Business, Productivity and Joy at Work Programme 2012&ndash;2018 en Alasoini is daarvan de directeur.<br \/>Zie: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tekes.fi\/en\/programmes-and-services\/tekes-programmes\/liideri\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.tekes.fi\/en\/programmes-and-services\/tekes-programmes\/liideri\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaten<\/strong><br \/>Het onderzoek laat zien dat dit soort nationale programma&rsquo;s resultaat oplevert, dat er een leerpoces op gang komt in de betrokken clusters van organisaties, wat onder bepaalde condities, bijvoorbeeld werknemersbetrokkenheid,&nbsp; leidt tot betere prestaties van de organisaties en een betere kwaliteit van de arbeid.
