Aan de ene kant wordt het high performance work system (HPWS) benoemd om het hebben van positieve resultaten op onder meer het gebied van baanzekerheid en tevredenheid. Aan de andere kant zijn kritieken te horen dat HPWS juist leidt tot zwaardere banen en meer stress.<\/p>\n<p>In dit rapport worden deze aspecten besproken aan de hand van data afkomstig van individuele werknemers in Finland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onderzoek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aan de hand van een framework worden werkplaats innovaties en hun invloed op werknemers besproken. Vervolgens wordt de beschikbare literatuur over werkplaats innovaties uitgelicht. Ten slotte wordt de data besproken die is verzameld onder Finse werknemers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaten <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na de vergelijking blijkt er meer steun te zijn voor de visie van het HPWS. De resultaten laten tevens zien dat er verschillen zijn tussen individuele situaties. Het delen van informatie heeft overal positieve effecten, terwijl de invloed van trainingen en zelfsturende teams meer verschilt.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer wordt gekeken naar individuele praktijken, dan laten de resultaten zien dat verschillende vormen van innovatie verschillende invloeden hebben op het personeel. Informatiedeling heeft consistent een positieve invloed op de werknemers. De suggereert dat er positieve effecten zijn van betrokkenheid. Zelfsturende teams en trainingen hebben over het algemeen ook een positieve invloed; zoals meer zeggenschap, hogere lonen en meer tevredenheid. Maar aan de andere kant worden zelfsturende teams en trainingen ook geassocieerd met zwaardere banen en meer stress.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer traditionele werkplekken worden vergeleken met innovatie werkplekken, blijkt dat innovaties vooral positieve effecten hebben op werknemers; en weinig negatieve.<\/p>\n<p>De resultaten laten een begrijpelijk overzicht zien van de invloed van innovatie op de werkvloer op werknemers.
