Ben Kuipers is gepromoveerd op de onderzoeksresultaten. Als onderzoeker en adviseur begeleidde ben Kuipers Volvo Trucks Zweden bij een ontwikkelingstraject voor ruim 80 managers en 160 teams. Op basis van zijn onderzoek heeft hij de PERFORMABILITY Scan ontwikkeld, een concept en instrumentarium dat teamontwikkeling direct koppelt aan teamprestaties. Verschillende organisaties in binnen- en buitenland passen zijn concept en instrumentarium toe. Via de Erasmus Universiteit loopt een onderzoek naar teams bij overheid en zorg.<\/p>\n<p>Het proefschrift heeft Ben Kuipers de NOBEM Prijs voor het beste bedrijfskundige proefschrift 2007 opgeleverd.
